To move forward, we enter into a design and pre-construction agreement that outlines our role and deliverables. Pricing starts at $3,000 and varies based on the complexity of the project.

Sign the Construction Contract
Once design and planning are complete, we sign the final construction contract and collect your deposit. Our team begins scheduling and sourcing premium materials aligned with your aesthetic and budget.

Design & Pre-Construction Phase
We build your project’s timeline, scope, and design framework. From moodboards to material selection, we work closely with you to ensure every detail reflects your style. We can also refer architects and engineers for required construction drawings.
